CANCELLATION POLICY
I kindly ask for 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or reschedules. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a 50% fee of the scheduled service(s). If you do not show up for your appointment without any notice, a 75% fee of the total service(s) will be charged. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be considered a no-show, a 75% fee will be charged, and you will need to reschedule for a later time. This policy ensures that my time and availability are respected and allows me to offer openings to other clients who may be waiting. Thank you for your understanding and continued support!
